Daniel has shared the stage with some of the top names in comedy, inaugurating his career with the first major appearance taking place with David Letterman in 2001.Later on he was hosted by Jimmy Kimme land Jay Leno. Tosh is known for his stand up comedies, comic specials and the Comedy Central television show, Tosh.0. Daniel Tosh was born on May 29, 1975 in Boppard, Rhineland-Palatinate, West Germany.Tosh attended the University of Central Florida and received a degree in Marketing, which he put to use only briefly as a telemarketer.After that self-proclaimed failure, Tosh began to pursue his career in the competitive world of stand-up comedy.

He is well known for his TV series, ‘Tosh.0,’ and has been referred to as ‘the new Dave Chappelle’ due to his immense popularity and provocative style of stand-up.

That move and the expansion of the club from a capacity of 250 to 300 caused comics some concern, he recalls. But so far, comics who have come into the room have loved it.

It’s really all about design and how the sound fills the room.

He co-hosted the podcast Comedy And Everything Else with fellow comics Jimmy Dore and Stefané Zamorano, but left the podcast in September 2009.
